    Standard warranty is 1 year RTB...

    Manufacturer warranty for Retail CPU's is 3 year RTB for replacements. If a replacement is no longer available then a credit will be offered at current market pricing

  • APC

    EntaTech don't handle please contact APC directly

    For problems found within the first 30 days of operation, APC will replace defective units with new units and pay all associated shipping charges.

    For defects found after 30 days, standard service offers quick turnaround time by sending a replacement unit or, if requested, repairing the customer's original UPS system.

    For companies with assigned asset tags and set depreciation schedules, getting the original back rather than a replacement may be important.

  • Cables To Go

    Effective from March 1st 2011 we will be changing our process to enable greater efficiencies and an improved customer experience with our RMA process. Our core aim is to improve turn-around times and pro-actively manage this process and issue credit notes much more quickly.

    The changes form a customer perspective are as follows:

    ·       All RMA requests must be applied for by e-mail using the address: rmarequest@cablestogo.co.uk

    ·       The issued RMA numbers will have a maximum of thirty day validity period from the date of issue.

    ·       The Cables To Go invoice number or your purchase order number must be supplied with the RMA request.

    ·       Bulk returns, i.e. stock rotation requests may be subject to a booking in slot, you will be advised at the time of issue of the authorisation number.

    ·       All returned products must be ‘fit for re-sale’ i.e. returned in the original packaging and must not contain any non CablesToGo labels or barcodes other that the original C2G EAN.

    Credit - Return to EntaTech and credit will be given.

    Replacements will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the products back.

    Gigabyte warranty is 3 years and 1 year RTB followed by 2 year return to Gigabyte.

    Please note Gigabyte have a UK RMA department and now offer a speed service, enabling the customers to return directly for up to 3 years from purchasing. Being by far the largest UK distributor for Gigabyte products, we demand the best possible service from Gigabyte to our customers.     If returning directly to Enta please ensure when sending motherboard's back you only send the board back and not any extra components.

    How to activate your warranty

    There is no need to pre-register your warranty, just follow the six simple steps below to activate your warranty should the need arise. First class service is assured from our experienced engineers and customer service helpdesk.

    Step one - Check that all connections have been properly made.

    Step two - Check set up in user manual. Wherever possible, please try to check your iiyama product with alternate equipment before contacting the iiyama customer service help desk.

    Step three - If the fault cannot be cured by the above means, call the iiyama customer service helpdesk on 0844 846 0884. Please have ready to hand the following details: model number, serial number and date of purchase*. Or fill in the Service Request Form.

    Step four - Your fault will be registered and you will be issued with a returns number, which you must quote on all paperwork relating to the defective unit.

    Step five - Please retain any of your leads and manuals. Replacement/returned units will not include these sundry items.

    Step six - Please ensure your product is clean and presentable before packaging in original box for collection.

    * Proof of purchase may be required

    1) The standard warranty terms & conditions are three years from date of purchase. Accessories, such as remote controls, are one year from date of purchase.
    2) The following general exclusions apply:
    a) Customer misuse.
    b) Damage other than manufacturing defects.
    c) Transit/courier damage.
    d) Incorrect voltage of power supply used.
    e) Incorrect input signal.
    f) Abnormal environmental operating conditions
    g) Modification to the unit or inexpert/attempted repair.
    h) No fault found – where no fault can be found after extensive testing, indicating user error or failure of ancillary equipment.

    3) The following cathode ray tube (CRT) exclusions apply:
    a) Image burn (continuous scanning of the same image resulting in phosphor degeneration on highlights).
    b) Continuous industrial/systems monitoring (more than 100hrs per week).
    CRT cover is by special arrangement if required.

    4) The following LCD exclusions apply:
    a) Blemishes or missing pixels are less than 6 pixels (red, green or blue).
    b) Backlight is not covered for continuous industrial/systems monitoring (more then 100hrs per week).

    5) The following projector exclusions apply:
    a) Lamp replacement (after 300hrs usage or a period of 90 days, whichever elapsed first).
    b) Battery replacement in relation to the remote control.
    c) Damage/failure caused from failure to observe the correct maintenance procedures, as defined within the user manual.

    6) Should any of the above exclusions apply, iiyama reserve the right to raise any relevant charges to the customer.

    7) iiyama reserves the right to nominate an approved third party to effect repair, if necessary.

    8) The provision of loan equipment is not covered unless specifically agreed in writing.
    a) The customer will ensure that the defected unit will be correctly boxed in original packaging. No liability is accepted for loss of use or consequential damage. Transit damage caused by inadequate packaging is the liability of the sender.

    9) If you require packaging for the return of your monitor, this can be purchased from our customer services department.

    Manufacturer warranty for Retail CPU's is 3 year RTB for replacements.

    Manufacturer warranty for OEM products is 1 year RTB for replacements.

    We must validate that it is a retail CPU before accepting the return. Go to http://processorfinder.intel.com/scripts/default.asp and type in the 5 digit number that can either be found on the CPU or it will be the last 5 digits of the Intel product code.     Because of existing inventory in the distribution channel there will be a short period of time when some drives with a 3-year warranty will be sold at the same time as drives with a 2-year warranty.
